Accompanying You Through Life's Final Chapter — with Intention, Advocacy, and Compassionate Presence
My name is Yasmine, and I am an end-of-life practitioner (also called a “death doula”), grief facilitator, and a lifelong student of life and death.
I help people approach the end of life with greater clarity and presence—whether you're planning ahead, facing a terminal diagnosis, or supporting a loved one through their final days.
My work offers practical guidance, compassionate advocacy, and a calm, grounded presence for you and your caregivers. I walk alongside individuals and families from early preparation through the active dying process and into early grief, always centering your values, wishes, and the legacy you want to carry forward.
While the term “death doula” may feel modern, the essence of this care is ancient—rooted in timeless wisdom and our shared need as humans to be held in community through life’s transitions. Much of my role is to demystify dying, normalize its natural stages, and provide deep witnessing.
With a background in creative writing, I also offer first-person eulogies—personal tributes written in your voice (or a loved one's) to be shared during life or read at memorials, and preserved as cherished keepsakes.
I hold a B.A. in English from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and give back to my local community by facilitating a free, affirming Queer Grief Support Group. I am also a co-founder of the Texas End of Life Collective, a peer-led community supporting death care workers in San Antonio and the Hill Country of Texas.
