ACCOMPANYING YOU THROUGH LIFE’S TRANSITIONS — WITH GROUNDED PRESENCE, COMPASSION, AND CARE
Hi, my name is Yasmine. I’m a death and grief educator and co-founder of the Texas End of Life Collective. My specialty as a death doula is high-acuity care and patient and family advocacy.
I support individuals and families navigating serious illness, dying, and grief. This includes advance planning, support after a diagnosis, presence from palliative care through hospice and active dying, and guidance in the time that follows.
My work centers each person’s values, wishes, and sense of meaning throughout the process, offering both grounded, emotional presence and practical support for individuals and their care networks.
This work is deeply human. Much of what I do is help people understand what to expect, ease feelings of overwhelm, and feel less alone through experiences that can sometimes feel uncertain and isolating. I also assist with legacy and memorial work, helping people preserve memories and honor life.
Texas End of Life Collective connects our community with compassionate end-of-life education, trusted resources, and a collaborative network of deathcare professionals across San Antonio and the Hill Country.
