ACCOMPANYING YOU THROUGH LIFE’S TRANSITIONS — WITH GROUNDED PRESENCE, COMPASSION, AND CARE
Hi, my name is Yasmine. I’m an end-of-life practitioner—a death doula, grief facilitator, educator, and co-founder of the Texas End of Life Collective.
I support individuals and families navigating serious illness, dying, and grief. This includes advance planning, support after a diagnosis, presence through active dying, and guidance in the time that follows.
My work centers each person’s values, wishes, and sense of meaning throughout the process, offering both grounded emotional presence and practical support for individuals and their care networks.
Death work is both practical and deeply human. Much of what I do is helping people better understand what to expect, reduce overwhelm, and feel less alone through experiences that can otherwise feel uncertain or isolating. I also assist with legacy and memorial work, helping people process, remember, and honor life.
Texas End of Life Collective is a peer-led community supporting deathcare workers across San Antonio and the Hill Country of Texas.
